Chris Browns favorite wine - was very full bodied - a little spicy - liked it a lot! — 7 years ago
The Hoffman was nearly the wine of the tasting. Warm fruits; of blue & blackberries slowly lift out of the glass with supple soft spices. It was a hard call to say, was it warm fruit pie or was it more like pudding? I'd say both. The spices in this wine lifted off your palate like warm sun on ground water creating rising steam. You cannot only sense it, you can see them as you sip it. Blackberries, blueberries, black plum, rhubarb, baked cranberries & strawberries follow, black licorice, used leather, dry stems, underbrush, crushed rocks, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, Christmas cake and used coffee grounds. Perfect harmony in body, texture. length, balance, acidity and finish. 5 years in oak. — 7 years ago

Big cab with big Chris Carpenter styling bold Aussie fruit with great American wine making,.. Trueman is a win and will be exceptional in years to come. — 9 years ago
Marsanne + Roussanne + Acacia barrel = sappy, honeyed, spicy apricot deliciousness. This has the structure to live forever; I'll never know, can't stop drinking it now. @Chris Broomell kills it again. — 9 years ago

This is a partnership with Adrian Hoffman. This wine creates a body glow like I've not experienced. The mouth entry just is an OMG long moment. The lush fruits explode and layer over your palate. Ripe, lush, fruits of; blueberries, turning dark cassis, black plum, blackberries, warm soft spices; Clove, nutmeg, cinnamon & hints of vanilla, light baking spices, black tea, plum cake, light tarry notes. Then, the lighter red fruits unfold as it sits on the palate. Perfect wine harmony!!! 4 years in oak. — 7 years ago
Still has great life! Good job Brundrett — 8 years ago
20 percent chard, this wine is bigger than a New Zealand Sav Blanc. No oak, grapefruit, lime, jalapeño oddly enough and bell pepper. — 9 years ago
It's better than a hot pot of coffee to the eyes! Stunning Aromatics; every tree-fruit I can conjure is found on the nose alone. Serve only slightly cooler than room temperature. -Vintage 2013 — 9 years ago
White Zin! really?! I think it's safe to say, we love Chris Brockway and his awesome wines..#keifeandco — 9 years ago
A little Ruth's Chris for a late dinner. The boss picked a great bottle. I'm not sure how much input he gave, but turned out well. I just hope he's paying. — 10 years ago
Paired fantastic with leftover Christmas 🎄 Turkey en Croute

Chris Ringland 's wines are balanced and complex. I'd put them against any old world Syrah. — 7 years ago
Lovely dinner wine. Smooth, bright with subtle tobacco notes to finish. Paired well with grillwd steak and the tang of feta in a Greek salad. — 7 years ago

With everyone at Ruth's Chris for NYE. Not my favorite but very good. — 8 years ago
I've recently had Dick Vermeil and Drew Bledsoe's wines but this one gets my vote for best football themed steakhouse Cab. Well done by Dan Marino and Damon Huard (and of course the winemaker Chris Peterson). This is way too young, but I look forward to checking in on these in a few years. — 9 years ago

Deep purple, dark and rich. I’m a fan of the blackberry and coffee notes. On the fruitier side, bright acidity and tanniny. — 5 years ago
