2004 was an average Bordeaux vintage but the better Châteaux made good wines. This reliable Crû Borgeois was a case in point with nice cassis fruit balanced by judicious oak & a lovely freshness. Founded in 1969 by two rocket scientists, ZD takes its name not only from its founders, Norman de Leuze and Gino Zepponi, but also from the engineering term Zero Defects. Sleek in its design, but with serious thrust, comparisons could be made to Corison or Montelena Estate, as well as some Left Bank Châteaux. Tart cranberry, cherry, and plum abound with purity, followed by 70% cacao, fresh pine, and damp cedar. Some secondary coconut oil adds a slightly exotic feel to an otherwise old school, savory-styled Napa Cab. Excellent. 93+ — 8 years ago

Im falling in a thousand flowers field.
Jasmin, Aloe Vera, litchi, honey and pollen.
Fantastic.

Bewitched !
Flowers, White flowers, sugar and acidity are perfectly balanced. Smooth.
Finish : Jasmin flower. Hmmmmmm.

This is clearly the best white grappe juice than i ever drinking. Balanced, pleasant and long for 4.4 €.

Bio et non filtré.

C'est une chute dans un champ de fleurs, la variété des parfums est large, le miel, le pollen, le jasmin et la litchi dominent. C'est très agréable.

Envoûtant !
Le sucre et l'acidité sont parfaitement équilibrées, l'acacia, la litchi et le miel se partagent la bouche.
C'est grand ! La finale est longue sur le jasmin.
Je me délecte !

De toute évidence c'est le meilleur jus de raisin blanc que j'ai bu jusqu'à ce jour.
Son équilibre, sa complexité et sa fraîcheur en fin un jus de chaque instant.

4.4 € est définitivement un très bon prix.
