APPEARANCE Clear Medium Ruby color. NOSE Clean Light aromas of Red berry fruit mélange, tea leaf, with air more notes of earth and spice.. PALATE Dry sweetness, Medium acid and Low tannin with Light body and flavours of spice that lessen on the palate while the tea flavors are more pronounced, however the red berry fruits are the most present of the flavors with a streak of minerality. which last for Medium length on the finish. How have I not had this wine in my life before? Leafy green tones, dizzying array of orchard and citrus fruits, all super bright and ripe, fresh mushrooms, ginger candy, fresh soil, wax, and stones.
