If Pradeaux made Sancerre Rosé... — 9 years ago
Pretty Provence nose. Structured palate with strawberries, herbs, mineral, a bit of salami fat, dusty tannin. Great sleek texture and long finish with hints of citrus. This is a softer Bandol rosé but still has that structure and verve. It'll open up in a few months but this isn't Pradeaux structure (whole bunch fermentation as opposed to just the fruit for l'Olivette). — 10 years ago

Wow. Just wow. One for the cellar. 100% Mourvèdre from the oldest vines. Only made in the best years. Dense, chewy, with aromas of black olive, herbs, beef, smoke, and stewed black fruit. — 9 years ago
