Worth the wait! Typical honeyed sweet nose of citrus fruits with that Sauternes earthy toasty sweaty aroma and orange peel. Medium body with good acids and unctuous and strong structure that married perfectly with a pork pate from Wegmans. Finish liners on and on. Yum better than either alone. LW agrees and is into it. 2000, Chateau Haut-Roquefort, Cadillac Moelleux, Semillon Dessert. Wow! This was really good. It aged very well. Beautiful deep gold color with tons of dried fruit, caramel, molasses and dried almonds. A really good after dinner glass. — 11 years ago
