This was, at first, too intense for my fresh palette. Some alfalfa sprouts and sauerkraut fixed the craving. With a little salad having graced my palette I rode this acidic attack with finesse to see honey and white flowers unfold in my mouth. Aromas stayed mellow throughout and with the vegetable primer I stayed in the clear of a good showing of potential. Refreshing and of maximal interest. Thankful this is happening here in California. — 11 years ago
