Drank at home with roast chicken. Such a good bottle. Sweeter than I normally like but didn’t mind — 7 years ago

One of my all time fav jura chardonnays — 6 years ago
2016. Capsicum and chalk. Quite a hit of new oak that integrates with aeration. A big, structured wine for the vintage. Should have quite a long life. #châteaudebrézé #saumur #cabernetfranc — 7 years ago
Red fruits, violets on the nose, medium body, great young pino qualities with oak, pleasant smooth finish. — 7 years ago

Stupendulous. Baby Vin Jaune! — 10 years ago
Nice wine. Enjoyed the lighter body and milder red fruit of this wine. A whiff of leather and tobacco on nose and some earth on the palate. Wouldn't really say any floral quality to this Pinot. If you anthropomorphize this wine, I can see describing her as "elegant" and "soft" and "smooth". But did not achieve "sexy" or "seductive" status for me. Second date? Sure. Why not? — 10 years ago
Very unique, excellent. — 10 years ago

Splendid, super easy pour. Very neutral white. — 6 years ago
Pithy. Zesty. Light on its feet. Rhubarb, red currant, sour cherries, dried flowers, blood orange with just enough garrigue goodness. — 7 years ago
Very smooth, like a white with more flava — 9 years ago
A reliable pleasure — 10 years ago
Preferred the '28 but still spectacular. — 10 years ago

There is a lovely roundness to the green & yellow fruit here, that kind of old barrel character, that comes through on the palate, very smoothed off edges — 11 years ago
Newest addition to the MēMa wine. One of my favorite villages appellation in Rhône, Beaumes de Venise! — 12 years ago
