2014 vintage. No wood ageing ( like their cousins at Château Gilette, Sauternes). Mainly Sémillon, with a bit of Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle. The pale golden colour still looks very fresh. Delicate and refined. Pineapple, roasted pecan nuts and lime. Like the 2014 Sauternes vintage, there is a nice acidity that balances the sweetness. Good almond length. Abv. 12,5%. This is still available at the estate for 11,50 euro! — a day ago
Warm round tones perfect tannin to go Finish. Drinkable and full bodied right out of bottle. As it say it developed even more complex cherry overtones. — 10 years ago
