Light gold color with plenty of active tiny bubbles with yeast, ginger, raspberry, citrus, white flower, chalk aromas with a nuanced oxidation. On the palate, it's full bodied, and fresh with a delicate creamy mousse and raspberry, orchard fruit, and tangerine flavors with a chalky minerality and a long finish. — 9 years ago
