Robe rouge clair trouble
Le nez est assez variétal. Le cabernet ne fait pas l’ombre d’un doute
Ensuite, la bouche est fondue, fraiche. C’est délicat, élégant, subtil….
Pour autant la fin de bouche tombe rapidement, pas un grand terroir ?
Sur le fruit rouge, très nerveux mais j’aurai aimé du havane, du tabac….

2009, Domaine Des Cretes, Vieilles Vignes Cuvée Des Varennes Beaujolais Gamay. Last bottle of this and it has aged well. Very dark and extracted, more like a Cru beau than a regional wine. Lots of red fruit with some tannins. This was good with or without food. — 10 years ago
