#champagne #Marguet #Grancru #Elements11 Nonostante l'abbinamento "ideale" fosse il pesce, noi lo abbiamo bevuto a tutto pasto rigorosamente tutto carne. Strepitoso! Vellutato e al tempo stesso sgrassava meglio del Chante Claire 😁! Profumi di agrumi e frutta candita. La prossima volta lo proverò col pesce, magari sarà ancora meglio. — 8 years ago

Slight bubbly crisp and bright. Bouquet of peaches and melons. Slightly like kiwi up front with a taste of very light champagne with a quick fast mineral finish. — 4 years ago
Clean, ezpressive fruit. Merlot adopts a darker, riper, character. Well handled oak. — 7 years ago
Spot-on, classic, perfectly delineated Saint Joseph. This is the elegant and pretty side of Syrah. Flowing waves of violets and black pepper lift effortlessly out of the glass with bright red fruits. Mid palate is silk and nearly weightless with fine tannins. Low alcohol and neutral oak profile allow for a very pure expression. Hints of game on the finish with a lingering minerality and a fresh, spicy peppercorn character that would be lovely with a variety of meats and herbs. Beautiful wine that I look forward to revisiting over the next 2-3 years. — 8 years ago
Very pretty color, sweet almost like brown sugary smell yet not heavy or sweet. Love it — 8 years ago
Peppery, green peppers, cloves, smooth, absolutely yums. — 9 years ago
Really nice CdP coasting in its prime. Good vibrant garnet color and an enticing savory mature fruited earthy nose that opened in half hour. Lively texture and palate, good long finish. — 4 years ago

Raspberry and cherry upfront with a spicy finish. Balanced tannins and acidity. Easy drinking for a bigger red. — 6 years ago
C’est ultra bien fait, le viognier n’est pas mon préféré mais Vernay a compris ce qui me plaisait — 7 years ago
Smooth wine upfront and becomes heavier at end. Lots of dark fruit, with tabacco, earthy, and olives toward end. High alcohol @15% — 8 years ago
