Mrs A and I have been to Mexico many times and always enjoyed, the people, the sites, the food, the beaches, the adult beverages an of course the many wonderful Mexican beers. Sitting up here in the mountains on a hot summer night we can only dream of the many times we have enjoyed a Dos Equis Amber with salsa and chips. This will never be mistaken for a Canadian, but this is truly one of the most refreshing beers around on a hot summer night in the Canadian Rockies. Oh, wait is that a Mariachi band I hear in the distance? Salud 🍻🇲🇽 — 7 years ago
A richer modelo but also strong — 7 years ago
A wine of personality; volume, complexity - mostly on ripe exotic fruits. Perfect for gastro-pairings. The wine is rich yet dry and offers medium to low acidity. — 8 years ago
Very good! — 10 years ago
Black bear body with blonde grizzlies piled high, atop. Licorice, espresso bean, toffee, dark chocolate, burnt honey, dried violets, dried black cherries and rich malt aromas. Sarsaparilla taste, with dark, sweet coffee, dark chocolate, baked raisin, dried black cherry, dried black currant and licorice. Stupendously supple integration of all elements! The bitter bits are a perfect counterbalance. .

Rioja clásico ligero, delicado con tonos a roble. Espectacular!!! Para los sensuales al paladar, es como recibir un beso con aliento con aroma a cerveza de trigo y labios con color rosa intenso con un brillo estelar deslumbrante!!! — 8 years ago

Corona and lime and a butt ☀️☀️☀️ — 9 years ago
Red gold body with a Matisse sketched white ring and merengue peaked, sheet-lacing. Clean citrus nose exhibiting clementine and dried pineapple, Meyer lemon and a faint funky-persimmon and lotus. There is something pleasant about the naturalness of the aromatics here with dried lemon verbena and Calloway seed. Orange and tangerine eclipse the lemon on the palate and add sweet grapefruit, and a clove note that tightly binds the whole. The bitterness being mitigated by the maple was brilliant here! Makes the Dogfish 90 seem clunky in comparison. I am a fan of this manifestation. Careful crafting and a simple solution to tune aggressive hops. There is no maple flavor btw. .

Mid nineties in Havana calls for a cold beer. Rather tasty and hit the spot. Want to cheers all the wonderful people we met and wish them the best. We were lucky to make it to this beautiful city the week before the new sanctions went into effect. Hopefully it will be short so the good people of Cuba don’t suffer too much. — 6 years ago

Active peach-gold and inscrutably, near opaque, with an arrogantly vaulted, whited foam tower, unblemished by human tears; clinging lacing like dish soap suds, tear raggedly to silhouettes of prehistoric headbutts. Soapy breastmilk and citrus rising on yeast, grapefruit pith peeled thinly, clover rolls just browning, and leather fringes. Lively mouthfeel as expected. Lime pith and grapefruit with papery ginger slices, orange zest, magnolia, carrot bread, straw, zucchini spirals, ginseng, and banana peel. Complex rusticity. .
