Vintage 2013 - this domaine is situated on a beautiful spot on a hill where you can look far for 30 kilometers nearby Beaulieu sur Layon. This vintage was not so easy, but the winegrowers delivered a fantastic performance. It's not sweet only, but also has nice acidity that makes it a very interesting bottle. Peaches. Aromas of wood freshly cut via table or circular saw, caramelized sugar and radial tire - things were looking up. Initial glass was a bit short, which I must say was disappointing after such an auspicious beginning. After a bit of time, she broadened out into an elegant, almost weightless drink. So delicate and pleasant.
