First, this is produced by Caymus with grapes from the Andes Mountains, and shipped to the Caymus vineyards! This main entry is incorrect, citing that is from South Africa. Deep violet color. I could feel the aroma with Vanilla. High density (<caymus), black currant flavor, silky tannin. good balance with calm tannin and acidity. 1 hour's decanting should be necessary. I Just picked it up from FedEx, trying one early. Not dissimilar to prior vintages, full bodied, extracted per norm. The finish is a little short but other than that🤷🏼♂️ ask a professional Somm.
