Comparing Chappellett 2012 Cab with Caymus 2012 Cab (40th Anniversary). Surprisingly similar after 30 minutes to breathe, but hints of tobacco come through on the finish on the Chappellet. Both have beautiful dark, luscious fruit. The fruit comes through more in the finish for the Caymus Cab which also has a little bit smoother finish. It is amazing how close they are... — 9 years ago
