a little closed at first, after aeration of an hour and a half, there were many good surprises. gourmand, light, fruity, as one would expect from a gamay of Beaujolais. there are also some full-bodied surprises, which tend towards caramel and black fruits. it is an appreciable specificity for this type of wine. sip after sip, this wine distils nuance and character.
