I love a tasty $10. This is definitely one. As usual there's value in the Rhone. Went wonderfully with my veggie southwestern hash, which is no surprise, since most Rhones hold up to hearty meals. Good fruit, nice body, a little spicy, not overly complex. — 9 years ago

A solid and deep Corbieres from the small and unique cooperative of Castelmaure. Earthy, herby with scents of warm bush, thyme and dry leaves. Dried figs and spices complete the picture and add character. Full-bodied, rich and deep on the palate with fine and ripe tannins. medium acidity. A wine for food. — 10 years ago

Not much on the nose, very faint fruit with a little bit of mustiness.
The flavour hits you hard. You get a full on berry attack. Mainly blackberries but also ripe juicy cherries. Very acidic and it sets your mouth alive with the acidity, amazing.
This is a light and almost refreshing red wine. It has balance and quite nice. — 10 years ago
