GF IPA. dying over this new revelation. — 10 years ago
Wild Merlot. Has the familiar murky stemmy brick colored pulpy whole cluster profile but with some interesting goings ons underneath.
Sparked cedar, smoked jam, fruity tobacco. Lots of VA with lots of crunch. Texture is clean and a little bit slippery - acid fold nicely right into the fruit.
Was hoping for greater cohesiveness and some more interesting notes but worth a try. — 5 years ago

Comparatively to the other wines of Christian Moueiux this seemed too jammy and the oak almost seemed too chocolatey and from oak add-ons. But months later (Coravin) tasted on its own it was quite nice and a definite crowd pleaser. — 5 years ago
