Upfront acid blending beautifully with zesty fruit. @BodegasLaVal #Albariño — 10 years ago
Good Zinfandel. Fruit, balance on target. Great job of blending from multiple vineyards. Good buy for a Ridge zin. — 10 years ago
Not a big Viognier fan, but this one is really good. Paired it with an Indian chicken with a tomato chutney. — 10 years ago
They sold this vineyard but Casey planted this in the early 80's. This is 100% merlot lots of red plum and cherry fruit with notes of herbs and light spice. A very juicy merlot with smooth silky tannins. Finish 35+. Excellent — 11 years ago
Every once in a while you taste a blend that reminds you why they started blending in the first place... — 11 years ago
Drank this after an '03 Edizione Pennino was corked upon opening. Maybe the smell and the quick sip I took from it ruined my palate for the night. Casey and Dad enjoyed it immensely but I thought it seemed like it was winding down and was not particularly impressed. I tasted unpleasant bitterness in this wine, although that mellowed after 2-3 hours. I dunno take this one for what it's worth. My first impression was probably more accurate. — 12 years ago
I like it. Bacchus and Venus wine club shipment — 10 years ago
Wow, talk about value. Delicious, well balanced, great Napa red blend. Deep color, ample jammy fruit, berries and plums, with nice tannin and acid structure. — 10 years ago
Not tasting much these days, but I believe this is one of the best Spatburgunders I've ever had. A @Collin-Peter Casey pick I think? — 10 years ago
A 2011 offering from the Columbia Valley Long Shadow Vintners Collection featuring a delightful blending of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. — 10 years ago
Gorgeous Rosé! Feminine and delicate strawberries & raspberries with highlights of orange peel and gentle spice. — 11 years ago
Nice job TF. Cool blend- 62% Malbec, 30% Merlot, the rest Cab Franc and Petit Verdot. — 10 years ago
The corralejos are clean and well made. Not as sexy and layered as Patron or 1800 but an ideal premium blending tequila. — 10 years ago
I loved this wine. Rich, golden color that comes from blending Chardonnay with Pinot Noir. Oaky Chardonnay notes with a hint of red fruits. Wish I had another bottle to let mature. — 10 years ago
Right grapes
Right moment
I understand why Behrens distressed Andy Beckstoffer by blending just a little
80% Cab; 20% Merlot; 100% tasty — 10 years ago
The wine is easy drinking as the name suggest but it's a great wine with complexity it has a great dark fruits tannins in the mid palate very subdued the alcohol level is great nice flavor of mocha chocolate in the end again the blending is done in such a way that wine shows all the character of the grapes — 10 years ago
Lovely tropical bliss in this rich, complex Sav Blanc. Pineapple, grapefruit, limes. Silky mouthfeel, great acidity! — 11 years ago

Wow. Unbelievable QPR here. Soft tannins, nice mouthfeel. Fruit forward and lingering finish. Not overly oaked. Thanks LastBottle. — 9 years ago
