Light to medium bodied. Rich and complex -- very earthy wine plus some raspberry and cherry and some almost tar/smoke. And roses. Also the smell of good quality, cloudy honey. Very interesting. Tannins are soft after 11 years, but still there. Medium finish. — 10 years ago
Nice smoky nose with dried tobacco, peanut oil, iodine, mint and eucalyptus. In the mouth the tannin and acid is still youthful with crisp red apple skin and a hint of grandma's attic peaking thru the finish. — 10 years ago

Garnet/carmine deep color. Aromas of over ripe red fruits, like raisins, and dried plum, smoked paprika. Full body, silky tannins, very powerful, intense, fresh, long aftertaste. How great is NOT to be disappointed by wine? Excellent. — 10 years ago

Carmine color with alluring tobacco, garrigue, baking spice and red fruit aromas. On the palate it's light bodied, and fresh with a supple texture and dark cherry, raspberry and spice flavors underscored with complementary minerality., and chalky sweet tannins. Lingering finish — 10 years ago
