It's wonderful, buy a bottle or 3. — 11 years ago
Developing aromas strong cedar. Stronger dusty tannins, decent acidity holding strong, good concentration but oak is definitely showing through strong. — 12 years ago
A finish that keeps going and going and going and going... — 11 years ago
Lots of stone fruit characteristics, should've been colder so I didn't get to taste it at it's true potential but it was good. — 11 years ago
Amazing wine. Took some time to open then WOW! Tasted blind I thought it was a young. Burgundy. Very Gevrey-like. — 12 years ago
Leather and tobacco on the nose; leather, pepper, and licorice on the palate; long pepper finish. On a blind taste I would probably confuse this with a well aged Rioja. — 11 years ago
Starts sweet but finishes well. Not oakey... — 11 years ago
Namesake. Really loved this blend and I'm not just biased ;) literally like chocolate velvet. And a great price point for what it is! — 12 years ago
