Beautiful french wine 2003 — 8 years ago
Nose: richness and elegance, very fruity at the nose (both red and black), garrigue, mediterranean spices, slight smoky note. Great complexity bust still fruity overall.
Palate: silky tannins, great roundness of flavours, smoky touches. Elegant still mighty and manly. Optimal acidity.

Enjoying the 2014 after experiencing while in Carcassonne. It is rich and lush. Dark fruit flavors with a long finish. — 7 years ago
Frábærlega að verki staðið. Miklu mun betra en 2014 árgangurinn. Pinot Noir og Carignan blanda... frábær hugmynd! — 8 years ago
Nose: richness and complexity of flavours, black berries, garrigue, spicy, hint of oak. Touch of peppery flavour.
Palate: very nice acidity, good astringency, powerful and full body. Mighty finish

Dark burgundy. Plum on the nose. Dry. Medium body. Blackberry and light pepper. Still young. — 9 years ago
Excellent, oak leather etc, perfect with anything!! — 10 years ago
Manure. Leather. That old world funk, all up in my nose. I love it. Pair it with the deep, dry black fruit in the mouth, and I'm transported back to a quiet evening in Carcassonne. — 7 years ago
Very beautiful! Opens up to red fruits and subtle spices. This is a delicious Cab Franc from the South of France. — 9 years ago
Nose: mineral feeling, bit of petrol/tar, not too much fruit here, fresh feeling
Palate: super acidity here, rounded taste... stone fruit finish

Very yummy! Nothing sharp and not overly sweet. Definitely would buy this again — 9 years ago
Really lovely. Smooth and lightly citrusy. It's got Sauvignon blanc grapes buts it's not overly citrusy. — 9 years ago

Old rememberings of a trip to Limoux, near Carcassonne, France. You know, the Blanquette de Limoux is considered the Champagne's mother, and this one is fresh, dry, long and tasty. An awesome Blanquette. — 11 years ago
