Pegau wines are among my favourites in the whole world. The cuvée Lawrence was flabby and phenolic when first opened. After 3-4 hours it was a different wine. Velvety, rich and foul of umami with this incredible port like sweetness. The only Pegau I have had better than this is the famous 03 cuvée reserve, which is one of the finest wines ever made in humanity. So tiisnie. After well 😊 — 9 years ago
