Cinnamon and I love cooking together on Sunday's, and we took advantage of the Indian Summer farmers market to buy ingredients for ratatouille! This rather suave Nuits was generously aromatic and full of mid palate sap- are these old vines on the Vosne side of the village? The 2004 vintage is not fashionable, but iris our style... What a treat- a get well present from my friends at Krug. When we saw the Manresa pastry stand at the farmers market and they had a Gruyere and onion brioche, we knew the time was right.
