Ok I get it, this is an exact replica of Gonon's St. Joseph but let's be honest, those fruity island wine characteristics still come through like a clown at the farmers market. For the money? Definitely in a bout against Gonon it's holding its value...just ever so slightly. — 8 years ago
Farmers market find… At seven bucks a bottle… This is a nice inexpensive red. — 9 years ago
Nice Pinot that should go well with our farmers market bounty - baby eggplant, basil, tomatoes and ground beef. Light and dry with a moderate tartness, light to medium fruit and a nice finish. — 9 years ago
Solid. From farmers market. — 10 years ago
Sonoma farmers market on the square. Great wine and company. — 10 years ago
Cinnamon and I love cooking together on Sunday's, and we took advantage of the Indian Summer farmers market to buy ingredients for ratatouille! This rather suave Nuits was generously aromatic and full of mid palate sap- are these old vines on the Vosne side of the village? The 2004 vintage is not fashionable, but iris our style... I will keep picking them off! — 10 years ago

Enjoyed with wild mushroom pasta using mushroom pasta from Southern Season in Chapel Hill, NC, as well as dried mushrooms from DeKalb Farmers Market (oyster, black trumpets, porcini) & a variety of fresh mushrooms including porcini, oyster, & cremini. Amazing dish that paired well with this woodsy wine! — 8 years ago
Really, really good. Like a Pinot Grigio, but more fruity and a but dry. Goes great with the goat cheese and cherry tomatoes I bought at the farmers market in Salta — 8 years ago
Intense Meyer lemon attack; nice though slightly compact flinty mineral aspect. Pretty floral element emerging as well. Too cold initially. Still a classic, sold this at the farmers market store in Kauai and this will always have a place in my heart for it. — 8 years ago
Beautiful Pinot Rose from Sonoma Coast. Strawberry, melon, great acid. Enjoyed with wonderful wine industry women at Sonoma Farmers Market. — 9 years ago
Red wine, has a lot of different flavors at once. Recommend smelling produce at a farmers market to learn and train palette — 9 years ago
Ahhhh delicious with fresh pasta by Mauro available at the Waipa farmers market on the north shore of Kaua'i, and served with a mushroom sauce only John Gilmore can whip up. This wine is a favorite of Jim Gilmore. It's an in the front of my mouth experience — 9 years ago
Very tasty - just the right amount of earth - great with farmers market BBQ ribs — 10 years ago

What a treat- a get well present from my friends at Krug. When we saw the Manresa pastry stand at the farmers market and they had a Gruyere and onion brioche, we knew the time was right. This is Krug ID 113013 and composed of wines from 2007-2002. How can something so complex be so effortless? A masterpiece... And my wine 1000 on Delectable! — 10 years ago
So good! Ripe juicy cherries and strawberries with a hint of spice, like Christmas. Medium-light body. So juicy it almost has a hint of sweetness, like eating the first strawberry of summer at your local farmers market. A little heavy for summer drinking but will be perfect for cool fall weather. — 8 years ago
I cooked Bouef Bourguignon with the ingredients I bought at the Beaune farmers market and picked this to go with it. This great Chassagne rouge had a beety, fully developed bouquet and quite nice texture. I feel like the 2004 vintage has a bad rap- I have not gone wrong sticking with good producers! — 9 years ago
Jammy with hints of chocolate! Beautiful on a summer night at the farmers market with friends!

Mmm mmm fresh! Perfect Sonoma farmers market vino ✨ — 9 years ago
Rich berries smell. Like walking into a farmers market. Delicious scent of a berry pie and yet a very slither of earthyness. Less than mildly sweet. I would imagine well with red meat and accentuated on whites. Overtones of black berries ripe with sweetness. Mellow aftertaste with hints of summer. This is good Bordeaux! — 9 years ago
"a wine at once fresh, fruity, rich and elegant" paired with farmers market greens. it had me at aromas of réglisse. — 10 years ago
