Excellent, suggested by Ezequiel to have while in Patagonia. Drank at fondue restaurant in Bariloche, Argentina — 8 years ago
Very nice and smooth; would love to get my hands on a 2010. With so much focus on their Malbecs and Malbec blends, Argentina doesn't get enough attention/credit for their Cabernet Francs, which can be terrific. — 9 years ago
Wow. Magnum that held it all in for 25 years. Great juice. — 3 years ago

Interesting! Never had an Argentine Riesling before, enjoying it with a pizza in Palermo. — 7 years ago
2011 vintage. At Lima. Giovanni Rosso's first vintage of the classic cru, Vigna Rionda. Medium ruby - lovely shiny wine. On the nose, closed at first - due to its youth - but with air, spectacular. Minty herb, liquorice, sour black cherry, smoke, violets and tar. Very complex. On the palate, silky smooth - high tannin but ripe and luscious. Medium plus alcohol. Full concentration and high acidity. Deep flavours here. This is going to be a blockbuster of a wine with a long future. Spectacular Barolo. Drink 2023-2043 (although, to be fair, drinks really well now). — 9 years ago
Grapes sourced from 2 vineyards, high altitude sandy souls in Vera d’Alba & Renesio Incisa cru in Canale. Originally called "Nebbiolo bianco" due to the shape of the bunch and the size of the berries similar to Nebbiolo. Pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits with herb notes. On the palate flavors of lemon, apple and herb character. Medium finish, lively acidity balance, ending with creamy citrus and mineral character. Nice value! — 3 years ago
Dry fruit, peppery, purchased at Astor- we both like — 5 years ago
Great well bodied pinot noir — 6 years ago
Fruity cassis and red peppers complemented by herbs and nuanced spice notes. Feels more cabernet driven although it is 60% Malbec.
Pleasant change from the daily Malbec fare in Argentina. Our first Patagonian wine and hopefully more to come! — 8 years ago
This wine will be called dessert tonight. An unreal nose of Tart cherries, raspberries and baking spices. On the palate this is like grandmas sugar cookies, a cherry Tart, and maybe a little nutmeg. Very high ABV is nicely offset by nice acidity. A great ending to an Italian feast in NYC. Will need to hit the gym in the morning. — 9 years ago

LOVE this!!! Perfect for my taste: sweet, but not too sweet, fizzy, and not plummy. Got it at Spec's on Slide — 3 years ago
