No visit to Brazil is complete without (several rounds of) caipirinha. But cachaça on its own (or on the rocks) is light and sweet, without the viscosity and molasses taste of traditional rum. Clean, kind of grassy and floral on palate. New favorite spirit. — 8 years ago
