I like that - a bit of dark fruit and a nice racy finish. Simple but effective, paired with bread and butter. — 7 years ago

Yes way gamay. Bright fruit, pepper, mushroom and did I mention bright fruit. So happy. — 9 years ago
2009. Some rich cherry liqueur from the vintage, some interesting cut grass notes in the palate along with big time fruit. Nose gives up a lot of leather--goes in different directions like Bordeaux or aged Portuguese reds with Touriga Nacional. Quite nice! — 9 years ago
Dixon family favorite. Works well with all wildfowl and King rib. — 10 years ago
Paired with roast duck & endive salad. Clean, low sulfite taste and off-dry. Balanced acid with cherry notes. Sexy! — 7 years ago
Nice and fresh, another bottle proving 2016 is better than 2015 to my palate in Beaujolais. — 7 years ago
Very nice, especially from a price to quality perspective. Lighter red in the glass, but at a cool cellar temp this is already quite expressive. Mouth filling, peppery, long finish, great acid, just a bit of tannins on the finish. Excellent with a nice country pate at Bar Boulud. — 8 years ago
