Nice and fresh, another bottle proving 2016 is better than 2015 to my palate in Beaujolais. — 6 years ago
Yes way gamay. Bright fruit, pepper, mushroom and did I mention bright fruit. So happy. — 7 years ago
Like James nose of less fruit and more forest. Good balance and body. Long finish. $25. Gordons tasting. All lovely pure wines. — 8 years ago
Dixon family favorite. Works well with all wildfowl and King rib. — 8 years ago
A very pretty Morton, shimmering and pure. Lovely acidity, plush in the middle with unbaked strawberry-rhubarb character. Finish is long with iron and other mineral notes. Ready for action. Matched well with fresh tomato pasta thanks to the acidity. Looking forward to more wines from this talented young producer. — 9 years ago
Light body, lots of red fruit, a little earthy, low tannins. Really great everyday red that pairs well with a wide variety of food. — 5 years ago
Paired with roast duck & endive salad. Clean, low sulfite taste and off-dry. Balanced acid with cherry notes. Sexy! — 5 years ago
Very fresh and vibrant. Strawberry and a hint of blood. — 6 years ago
Really different. My first morgane. Super delicious — 7 years ago
2009. Some rich cherry liqueur from the vintage, some interesting cut grass notes in the palate along with big time fruit. Nose gives up a lot of leather--goes in different directions like Bordeaux or aged Portuguese reds with Touriga Nacional. Quite nice! — 8 years ago
