This was 100pts and James Suckling #1 wine in 2019 it was great and still young. Benefits from 1 hour of air, like most brunelli. Incredibly balanced and wonderful umami, tea leaf, leather, kirsch and just yum. Fabu wine that I’ll cellar at least a 6pk of to enjoy Over the years to come. — 5 years ago

Among the best brunelli! Striking orange-red color that's almost light, with an impression of sweet ripe perfect strawberries and a subtle green earth--like grass drying in the sun. Silkiest of textures, most intense of aromas, rich but fresh. — 8 years ago
We had this with dinner over a few hours, and man was it good. This has classic Sangiovese cherry flavors, but opened up to other berries and some lavender and earthy notes too. Tannins were nice and polished. This needs time to become more open and complex, but was still delicious--in fact, one of our new favorite brunelli! — 9 years ago

First foray into my personal stash of 2010 Brunelli. Deep crimson with slight bricking, pleasant nose, soft fruit, not overly complex, a touch of tannin and acid on the back end. Enjoyable overall but wouldn't necessarily seek it out. — 9 years ago

This was one of the better Brunelli I have tried this year. Structured for the long run showing laser like focus, precision, cherry, berry fruit with an inky, cedar, menthol spice followed by tobacco. Could drink this all night. — 3 years ago
