Champagne notes of yeast and bread, subtle and soft and lovely. Dry and pretty — 10 years ago
Perhaps the best sparkling cider outside of Eric Bordelet's ciders that I've had. Delicious! — 10 years ago
Lovely medium gold color aromas of apple pie cinnamon stick and lemon tart. It's delightfully refreshing with very little sweetness just a hint to make it off-dry and well balanced acidity. At only 6%abv you can quaff it quite nicely. — 11 years ago
Dry, reminds me of Spain. — 11 years ago
Tart apples, apple skin, slightly lactic, bright acidity, off-dry, refreshing. — 11 years ago
Dry, tart, smooth. So good — 10 years ago
Almost amber in color with tropical and floral nose. The color belies the fact this is not an over extracted sweet juice. Beautifully bone dry with great acidity. Super. — 10 years ago
Almost like cider - off dry melon and apple and wonderful mineral notes with faint petillance, totally great. — 10 years ago
Nice dry, crisp cider. Very good, but prefer wine. May revisit when the weather turns warm — 11 years ago
Slightly earthly, bright and utterly refreshing. New York Cider is improving! — 11 years ago
Surprised this stood up as well as it did given the age. Funky. Tannic. Super dry. — 10 years ago
Awesome cider. Crisp, refreshing dry and not sweet. Very good and def buy again. Straightforward dry cider — 10 years ago
Not a cider aficionado, but I like this a lot: crisp and dry with a clove-y finish — 11 years ago
