Sweet and fizzy. Tasty but simple. Judging the book by its cover, I had hoped for rather more. (On an aside, I had a fascinating conversation recently about the resurgence of cidermaking in the US following challenging beginnings in part due to a lack of the correct apples - just as you wouldn't make wine from Concord grapes, nor should you make cider from eating apples).

Tastes like a good beginner’s cider — not very strong with a fairly bland apple flavor. Easy to drink, would enjoy this again on a crisp autumn afternoon.
