100% Garnacha blanca from a single plot in Gandesa, planted in the 1990s in panal (fossilized sand dunes) soils. Fermented in clay amphorae with indigenous yeasts and short skin maceration - just 5 days, as opposed to the estate’s other “brisat” wines, which macerate with their skins for 1-4 months. Aged in clay amphorae for 6 months. Aromas of tangerine, apple, white flowers and some herbal notes. Fresh, elegant, balanced. Good acidity. Long finish, with slightly bitter notes. — 3 years ago

Very clean entrance with a nice mid mouth and finish. Sharply mineral and not too acidic with a hint of nuts and vanilla at the end. Great wine. — a year ago

Xarello är en trevlig druva, krävs lite flirtar för att den ska öppna upp sig. Nummer 93 av 375 producerade flaskor. #tnwc — 2 years ago
The color is a kind of pale, golden orange, with a strong nose of marzipan, birch, and a liqueur like astringency. Very “adult”. The flavor is bold, meaty on the finish, complex with a delicate minerality, and notes of candied orange, light tannins in the back of your throat, and a lightly woody flavor on the palate, very interesting, very different from any orange wine I’ve had. — 3 years ago
