Can Prairie make a bad beer? β 10 years ago
Surprisingly very tasty - easy drinking and not overly vanilla. β 10 years ago
you don't hear a lot about artisan brewers in Oklahoma, but Prarie deserves some recognition. this is an excellent sour with a well-balanced, subtle infusion of apricots. β 9 years ago
Excellent. My favorite so far of Prairie's Bomb variants β 10 years ago
Thoroughly enjoyed. β 10 years ago
Delicious. Much better than last year's Christmas Bomb release. β 10 years ago
This on has been in bottle for a year or so. Big, toffee-colored thick head with a nice, tight, frothy head. At 10% ABV it has held up well in the bottle. Up front is a definite note of baker's chocolate chocolate and coffee. Notes from the wine barrel are muted, but more present on the finish. Rich and thick body, this one has certainly aged gracefully and to my memory has improved greatly since its initial release. Delicious. β 10 years ago

Sour with Ginger is way better than I would have thought, I need to buy some more and attempt restraint on opening future bottles.
The warming/spicy note from the Ginger is so nice, especially on our cold New England night (10Β°F) tonight. β 8 years ago
