Amazingly floral on the nose with very strong lychee notes. Bone dry, Reisling like acidity. — 10 years ago
Flinty minerals and just ripe white peaches. Just a little dis-integrated? Bottle shock? Nice enough. With sea bream carpaccio. — 10 years ago

3rd anniversary. Great white wine - full bodied and great with sea bream as well as steak. Doesn't stand up 100% to blue cheese though. — 9 years ago
Full bodied, mineral and fruity. Starts quite light but holds its own. Had it with sea bream (too much) and then roast lamb and just about cut through the fat. — 10 years ago
We had sea bream as main dish and a Bourgogne rouge to accompanying to assemble. We had some left over we order a cheese plate (Munster, goat cheese with chives, aged sheep cheese)
