Excellent rose. Crisp on the nose. The complexity of the Grenache Comes through. This is a rose with substance from start to finish! — 8 years ago
Gorgeous, umami depth. Needs about 1 hr air. — 9 years ago

Keith's annual fino dinner where I over drink carbon dated sherry. Dry start and finish with rockstar spunk. Very mineral. Special barrel at the end of the line with the oldest wine in the entire solera. — 9 years ago
Going tawny color. Complex mature nose of meat and fruit. Brick leather meat strawberries. Great mature bottle. Complex savory with a line of almost sweet fruit. — 11 years ago
As it says on the label "un fino que va para amontillado" — 9 years ago
Ambar pálido con cierta turbiedad. Espectacularmente aromática. Frutos secos, miel y bajamar. Fresca, salina y muy muy persistente. Perfecta para maridajes atrevidos. — 9 years ago

Jammy, Smooth, yummy — 8 years ago
Great taste. Not dry. Smooth with a hint of blackberry. Ideally paired with a medium rare steak. — 9 years ago
Something really special given it is only the third Palo Cortado from the butts of the solera under oxidative aging. Medium body herby aromatics from Jerez — 9 years ago
Lovely rose gold color, with a clean and fresh nose. Fruit, minerals, flowers.. Everything I would want in a rose. Plenty of strawberry, tart cherry, watermelon, white and red rose petals and dried herbs. Fruit shines on the palate with plenty of acidity to carry you to a pleasant finish. Sitting perfectly at 13.5, the ABV is not a detracting component. — 10 years ago
Jammy and fantastic. Will definitely get this one the next time I see it. — 10 years ago
I love the Echo label made by Lynch, and this was a power house of a Bordeaux. Brick wall of tannin even 4 hours later and after 60, yes, 60 hours of decanting, the flavors being masked by high acidity and tannin of a young wine finally had their 15 seconds of fame. Dark rich flavors of creme-de-casis and blackberry tart, and gravelly minerality, with a toasty oak undertone and still finishing with a firm tannin but just more enjoyable than right out of the bottle. — 10 years ago
Garnet with rim variation turning brick/terracota, corn on the cob, dill, molasses. — 11 years ago

Top year 904 @ £75 that was drank in Zalto burg glass as its like an aged burgundy
🐽 Paired w/ Iberian Ham 😍
🍷 Garnet ruby w/ brick
👃 Smoked burnt oak, soggy earthy leaves, leather, dark cherry & figs w/ balsamic & damson
👄 Med body of creamy stewed cherry w/ earthy balsamic & slight mocha
🎯 Med finish of above w/ earthy balsamic linger
Reaching peak but I preferred the 95 904 over this but the 890 94 was better than the 95! — 8 years ago
