Smoother tannin character than a few years back. Rich profile and booming, ripe berry flavor on the front. Good wine 8 years in! — 10 years ago
Booming mouthfeel. Super oxidized but develops into a creamy Appliness. Like palo cortado. A little zing. Great weight. Superb next to the olive oil she makes with some rustic Italian bread. — 10 years ago
Young I know, but booming with lovely, pure varietal character. Glad I have more! — 11 years ago
Booming Red — 11 years ago
Still a big, booming wine with an abundance of fruit and structure. It's high alcohol is still evident but it's not a detractor. Overall, it's a majestic wine and served in magnum it was a huge party pleaser. Will it ever develop secondary fruit flavours? I don't think so? Does it matter? Nope. It's grand. — 9 years ago
Very smoky at first. Love it!! — 10 years ago
Randomly, a tasty light Chardonnay with Sonoma grapes, but available in the booming metropolis of Kingman, AZ — 10 years ago
Booming nose of lychee and spicy. Rose water and honey. Light and airy. Slight sweetness but not bad. — 10 years ago
Definitely the most interesting Rosé I've had this summer. Pale strawberry red color with red fruits, mineral, crushed rose, blood orange and hints of spice, caramel and earthy aromas. On the palate, it's medium bodied and focused, and intense with a gorgeous texture and wild strawberry, cherry, sweet spice, and mineral flavor. Very good acidity and a lingering finish. It shows a complexity not common in Rosé. 67% saignee Garnacha is blended with 33% Grenache Gris that is macerated on its skins for three days. The wine is fermented in 600 liter barrels on rollers, which are occasionally rolled to gently stir the lees. over a period of eight or so months. — 11 years ago
The most obvious trait of this 2009 Knights Bridge Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is its booming power and complexity. Aromas of black cherry, ripe macerated black raspberry, espresso, spice, and dried lavender bound from the glass and continue to reward through a dense, weighty palate. Plush layers of dusty mocha, dark sweet fruit, and cedar surge through a rich mid-palate and unfurl to an expansive finish. Well-integrated oak, fine-grained tannins and lifting acidity lend excellent structure and balance. Our biggest Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon to date, this wine will continue to evolve for a decade or more. — 12 years ago
Barrel sample: Oregano aromas with black pepper booming out of the glass. Bold body, as to be expected from a young wine. Thick, chewy tannins but oak already integrating well. Wet in the mouth, not drying tannins. Can't wait to try in 2 years! — 9 years ago
Great. Booming flavor and complexity — 9 years ago

Booming zin nose. The real deal. — 10 years ago
This spectacularly dark Cabernet offers a nose of black fruit and a touch of cedar and licorice, followed by an intriguing interplay of condensed plum and raspberry. Booming spice notes and alluring espresso and chocolate provide the background for flirtations of spicebox and mace as the wood, walnut and berry tannins crescendo on the back palate.
This is by far the very best Cabernet Sauvignon produced in Santa Barbara County!! — 10 years ago

Finessed barnyard, if that even makes sense, leads to booming fresh flowers and bright fruit. Focused rhubarb and raspberry. Dried earth. Structure to go for several years. Well-crafted stuff. — 9 years ago
