#convivewine $15 — 8 years ago
Heavy brew, 16%! The alcohol is not even that noticeable, but this is chunky, juicy and voluptuous. Prunes, cacao and a warm and lingering aftertaste. Wine for a winter’s day (which it most surely wasn’t) — 4 years ago
Piscina en casa de rafa — 6 years ago
Good to drink, good fruit with some clear volcanic notes. not as good as '16 or '15. — 8 years ago
Vino con un fino regusto en el paladar, aroma a noches de verano y piscina mojada. — 4 years ago
My kinda vino! Love it !
2015 well aged
Bit sour which is gold for me — 5 years ago
Good slightly oaky temp grapepoint — 7 years ago
Nose of oak, cedar, cigar box and dark fruit with barnyard funk. Tobacco, tart cherry, cranberry, blackberry and leather on the palate. The middle holds up beautifully, and the finish is long with ample acid and chewy tannins. Well balanced, broad and powerful, this 2001 Gran Reserva is hitting its stride. At $35 a bottle, this is an incredible wine. — 9 years ago

— 3 months ago
