Dark ruby red with a nose of bright dark fruit, mostly blackberry or black cherry, some spice. The pallet has a subtle tartness of cherry with nice ripe tannins and finish of bkackberry. Good fruit. Easy spice. Great wine — 9 years ago

Wet start to the 2013 vintage turned to warm dry summer into fall. The old vines has similar arc with a splash of big red juice that progressively dessicate a to a cran-cherry fruit -leather roll ups . — 10 years ago

This would work well with organic rack of lamb roasted with potatoes, leeks, scallions and garlic. Drizzle olive oil over cook at 350 for 15 minutes, cover with foil and resume cooking at 300 for 30 minutes. Check package for recommended core temp. — 12 years ago

Not as briny as many manzanillas but lovely floral notes. — 11 years ago
A Tempranillo based wine from the Toro region made to be drunk young. Aromas of flowers and spices. Cooked strawberry, rose petal, leather, baking spice and earthy flavors. Neutral oak. Big enough, but light enough to chill and enjoy on a hot day. Not your typical Spanish Red. — 7 years ago
Love the fruit notes. Really like this one. — 8 years ago
