Spicy pepper notes, great with marinara sauces. — 7 years ago
Dark purple black in appearance. Earthy fruit notes on the nose. Full bodied with long legs. Structured dark berry characteristics. An oak finish with dark chocolate undertones. This wine has an interesting complexity that has left me quite surprised! — 8 years ago

A little fruity but goes down great — 8 years ago
So. I don't know much about Virginia wine, nor would I have picked this as a Cab Franc, but ill be damned if this isn't some interesting stuff! Funky, fruity and natural. Floral and earthy in the nose and the mouth, great acidity and medium finish. I would have had zero clue what this was blind... — 8 years ago
Like that damn expensive candle in the basement of Barney's that reminds us of the incense of the Catholic church! — 8 years ago

Smooth tastes of pear then peach Delicious — 7 years ago
Excellent and varietally correct. So much peach/pear orchard fruit intensity. Viscous but still with enough acidity to keep it fresh. — 8 years ago

Love this wine. I tried it at their winery, and ordered it today at a restaurant.
