Wow- nice young wine!! We had "spiced-rubbed" chicken thighs, grilled, and served atop a variety of vegi's. The piment d'espellette, cumin & ground fennel seed was perfectly reflected in this young wine! Mmm! Hope BK thought it as perfect a match as I did! 3L 1990 Chateau de Beaucastel Hommage a Jacques Perrin Chateauneuf du Pape Rhone blend. Wine for big Korean dinner. Amazing!!! Super cool to drink out of large format. We didn't decant (only for lack of time) and it was delicious. Drinking perfectly and was a great wine to drink w spicy and meaty Korean food.
