Fantastic unfiltered ipa with lovely citrusy hop notes — 7 years ago
Very fruity smell, heavy citrus, maybe grapefruit? This was the house wine with the Beaux-arts menu. Nice to drink, although not overly sweet. — 8 years ago
Delicious summer choice at Sienna on the Square before arts festival concert on impromptu date night! — 8 years ago

Really refreshing. Medium sweetness and tartness. — 9 years ago
Merlot fronted Bordeaux blend from Santa Ynez (43% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon). Much better with time to breath. Mixed berry fruit, tobacco, and subtle black licorice. Acidity stands firms and outshines tannins on the palate. Super fresh and juicy forest fruits pervade. Think pasta or grilled chicken pairing. Cool label artwork too! — 7 years ago
Terrific dinner at the National Arts Club on Gramercy Park Square with some new friends. Having enjoyed Petrolo's top wine yesterday, I decided to stay with the same producer today and so I brought along their entry level wine, but from 2000 so there was a fair bit of age to it. Quite advanced with mostly tertiary notes but retaining vibrancy, it showed really well. Peak drinking. — 7 years ago
Bulk-store sour cream and onion rings are tossed in your mouth by Joan Jett in a hot tub full of white sangria. — 9 years ago
2011 vintage. At the Arts Club. Medium lemon hue. Ripe lemon, yeasty, wet stone minerality, wet wool. Yellow fruit profile - yellow plum, lemon rind. Quite alluring. Developing nicely. On the palate, medium acidity, medium plus body and alcohol, full concentration and medium plus finish. Drink now until 2022+. Very good effort from Eben Sadie. — 9 years ago

Deep garnet colour. Dusky spicy fruit aromas. Savoury and spicy on the tongue definite strong tannins. Enjoyable but looking forward to cellaring this for a while. — 9 years ago

This needs at least two hour decant - big bold beautiful but compared the other wines but this is a baby but it is a 100 point wine but needs time
Howell Mountain wine/ Really great integration of black fruit, creme de cassis, cedar and terroir notes. The wine is an additional degree of purity and complexity than the normal signature series from Hall - That might sound like a contradiction on the surface, but once you taste this wine it will make sense
Wait three to five years to open - I know I will — 7 years ago
