Very fruity and sweet, but not headache-inducing. It’s the perfect level of sweetness for me! :) — 6 years ago
Dark rubi color, beautiful nose of crushed flowers and lavender, very tannic but somewhat accessible mouth with great length and balance. A fantastic Barolo that is very drinkable now but with outstanding potential to hold. Beppe Rinaldi and daughters did wonderfully in 2013 and this is a must have bottle !! — 8 years ago
Black Cherry, Plum, Purple flowers, campfire. A whole different stratosphere for this varietal. Texturally pleasing and plain delicious. R.I.P. Beppe 🙏🏽 — 8 years ago
Delicious wine. Had this at Beppe and Gianni's, Eugene Oregon in August 2017 — 9 years ago

Pretty bottle, looks can be deceiving, but Spec’s recommended and it is absolutely delicious. — 6 years ago

Sometime you’ve got to standup to bow down. Stellar bottle, eclipsed only by the ‘89. Incredible refinement, balance, and length. Another standout from the beppe dinner — 8 years ago
(Tasted at "Del Posto", La Festa del Barolo Masterclass Tasting)
One of my Top2 was Giuseppe Rinaldis "Brunate". 80% fruit from "Brunate" and 20% from "Le Coste". Of course in a state where it is not delivering all of it's power, but it was still so good with an inner harmony of Brunate fruit, happy tannins and some balsamic notes. This is Brunate to me, even though Beppe might say "it's not austere enough". — 8 years ago

Had at Marino w Ned. We liked. — 9 years ago
Really good. Nice balance and tannin. Got at San Marino Wines for $65 less 20 or 30% off — 10 years ago
perfectly quaffable. a bit of extended maceration brings out some really nice salinity and ripe melon notes in catarratto. — 6 years ago
Thought it was very nice at Lupo Marino DC wharf — 6 years ago
Dark rubi color, very discrete and reserved nose, good grip and black fruit / crushed flowers, lots of tanins and quite polished, an excellent Freisa to drink or hold from master Beppe. — 8 years ago
This is another recommendation from Matt Tornabene from MWC in NYC. Really great Nebbiolo with crushed rock, lavender, spices, very floral and with medium length and perfect polished finishing. If you know Beppe Rinaldi then this is a go to wine for a fraction of the price of its Barolos, otherwise great introduction to Piemonte wines. Enthusiastically recommended ! — 8 years ago
