Sep 21st, 2016An amazing expression of Dolcetto d'Alba. Beppe and Simonetta are the owner of this wonderful Estate located in Dogliani. Unfiltered. It has a bright and intense ruby red color. Incredible bouquet of red fruits such as blackberry, strawberry, but also hints of wild violet and red rose! Is very juicy and drinkable, on the palate is like to bite a bunch of ripe Dolcetto grapes. It's perfect to pair with light meat dishes or as a light but refreshing aperitivo with salami and charcuterie. Very recommended 👍
