As a reference, this smells like BeCreme de Lys from California. Which is a good thing! Means they're getting something right. buttery and smooth, ripe green apples mixed in with oak, but not appalling. Appalling would be the William Hill Napa Chard. That, was a bad wine. — 9 years ago

First Chablis ever. Awesome to taste this expression of Chardonnay. Lots of apple notes. Ton of minerality and acid when chilled, as the wine comes to temperature morphs into more complex, richer that paired well with beet and ricotta agnolotti. Can’t wait to try another. — 5 years ago
