This is 79% Cabernet and 21% petit Verdot. Right after opening initial taste is pretty exciting, albeit the flavors are a little muted. After about 45 minutes it starts to soar from the glass. Black and blue fruits, purple flowers, pepper, licorice, and melted chocolate. Thrilling. — 7 years ago
