Fantastic bouquet of summer flowers with sage and thyme hints organically turns to peach, lime, apple and even melon, with touch of minerality. 
Palate shows intense and refreshing yet very pleasant acidity; aromas of lemon, pear, capers slowly evolves to citrus and minarality on the finish.
Perfect pairing to grilled amberjack (ricciola) and pasta marinara.

Wow! Great paso fruit with some sweet tannins. This is great but just a baby, the aglianico character comes in so well with fruit, tar, pepper, olive and you can't taste a hint of the 52 months this spent in barrel. Very unique. — 13 years ago
