Less than 30 wineries when he started now there are 800. Fresh peach and apple red delicious cherry and a nice touch of mineral. Likeniting into a fresh peach a touch if sweetness but Nicely balanced acidity leaving the tongue salivating for food. Tongue tingly minerality. Finish 35+ very good+ — 13 years ago
