Tasted six German Rieslings today, all at the QbA and Kabinett level, and this baby rose up and shined her beautiful light. Very floral with jasmine and honeysuckle balancing out the white peach and stony minerality. It was a textural lap dance on the palate, sexy and exciting with the perfect amount of tension. Incredible. Smooth, perfect and just out of this world. From start to finish, this is a closer wine - on a date? This is your Mariano Rivera. Closing a sale? This is your triple axel perfect landing.
