A gorgeous #condrieu Wonderful fragrance and complexity on the nose and great weight and length on the palate. #andreperret — 11 years ago
Like most rose. I prefer cave temp to cold. The fruit that come out is lively and muted at the same time. Great wine to write your philosophy thesis with. — 11 years ago

Pop and pour. Well, wow, I should have bought more of this. On the nose: dense plum, strawberry, cinnamon, intense without being over the top. On the palate: tar, blackberry, charcoal, dense and dark fruited...so well-balanced, fantastic length and juiciness and the finely grained tannin sneaks up on the finish. — 5 years ago
Rosemary, basil, pepper, dried hay, dried violet on the nose. Juicy fresh cherries, ripe blueberries, purple flowers, and stones on the palate. Medium plus acidity, medium (+) tannins. 14.5%. Pronounced concentration and long finish. — 7 years ago
🍐,🍋, and green apple. Crispy crisp and also round $32. 24 mo in stainless and 15% new oak — 7 years ago
One of absolute favorite wines right now. The Granache is blended beautifully with Syrah and Mourvèdre to bring out the absolute best of each - dark fruit but not too sweet, dried raspberry and slight spice... aroma is out of this world, eyes rolling-back in your head bouquet leads to complex and balanced on the tongue with smooth tannins without losing body, and a beautiful, supple finish. Yum. This southern France style blend should hold up another few of years. Thankfully we have another bottle to lay down!! — 8 years ago
2005 vintage on De 20, 2017 at Sun River, OR with skillet roasted lemon chicken (Ina Garten). Tasted alongside a 1999 Raptor Ridge Shea Vineyard to compare and contrast. Elegant and mature C-d-Pape at the peak of its life. Fully developed with a lot of great life left but also no need to wait to drink. This why we love C-d-Pape. Bought at K&L wine auction in 2017. — 8 years ago

This vintage quite a bit more high toned w Beaujolais like qualities. The red fruits are crunchy w earth and lots of acidity. With some time this will develop nicely. — 10 years ago
2012 Represents fantastic price/quality. The purity and quality of the fruit is remarkable at this level. Must continue exploring Languedoc. — 11 years ago
Pleasant surprise smooth with a slight pepper. Enjoying at Char Cut Calgary a suggestion of their sommelier Matt. Highly recommended. — 11 years ago
Interesting blend with sweetness from the Roussane and heaviness from the viognier balanced with the minerals of grenache blanc. — 6 years ago
Crisp, dry and clean. Pairs well with food. Good entry-level bubbles. — 6 years ago

— 8 years ago
Cloudy light yellow / straw. Bruised apple. Yeasty. Delicious. My favorite chenin of the night — 9 years ago
