Rubino acceso. Al naso esplosione di frutta rossa e di dolce speziatura. Poco presenti i terziari.
In bocca è succoso, morbido, tannini sin troppo delicati.
Vino ben costruito ma per il mio gusto troppo da mercato americano. — 9 years ago

This is the 2004. Massive sweet black fruit, toffee, americano coffee, and a bit of milk chocolate on the nose. Palate is rich with balanced tannins, fruit, baking spice, and wet earth. Finish is very long. Excellent wine with a hot curried meat dish. — 10 years ago
Vino de autor francés y americano 14 meses gran final — 10 years ago
Quizá mucho chocolate, altamente afrutado. Eso si muy suave. Un buen vino americano — 6 years ago
Black and red fruits, lots of them. Due to months in French and American oak, we can find vanilla, coconut and smoke. Good wine for a great price. Frutas negras e vermelhas maduras. Pelo estágio em carvalho francês e americano, há notas que passam por tosta, baunilha e côco. Doçura residual agradável, belo vinho e excelente custo benefício. — 9 years ago

Bold maneuver by Joe Swick of co-fermenting Pinot Gris & Noir results in a pleasurable puzzle of a wine, like listening to Ornette Coleman get rid of chord changes, this wines interacts w perceptions at a radical pace. The Pinot Gris actually supplies more tannic chew that buzzes on the palate while the Noir presents a folk melody structure to wrap your mind around. The collision is rather haunting, and I can't wait to understand how it goes with food in surprising ways. I'm gonna glass this sucker at Americano! — 9 years ago
My very first taste of Antinori Americano! Bravo Antinori! A distinctive deep and fragrant cab - not overpowering but wonderfully satisfying. Highly recommended value. I am buying a case to age of the 2010 vintage. — 10 years ago
