Must be the plastic cup that makes it delicious... — 10 years ago
Yum! Bright Granny Smith apple. Clean, pure fruit. Crushed stone. No funkiness. Having with New England chowder. Cuts the cream, yet has enough depth to be more than an accent. — 10 years ago
Just the right balance between citrus and mineral. Great with food or to drink alone. — 11 years ago

2014, Joseph Mellot, La Chatellenie, Sancerre, Sauvignon Blanc. We had our last lunch at Joseph Mellot's restaurant in Sancerre. Excellent meal, great wine and a great view of the town square on a beautiful summer day. This wine takes me back to that day. Classic Sancerre: grapefruit, citrus, fresh cut hay, chalk and amazing acidity. — 9 years ago
Cant find a thing wrong with this. Crisp, light. Holds up nicely against a variety of foods. — 10 years ago
Lovely Sancere showing complexity from bottle aging. I was looking for more of the classic floral notes of great Sancere. Close but not quite. Still a very lovely bottle of wine. — 11 years ago

Great berry flavor. Fresh, lovely. Good with figs. From Donna's Brix Six — 10 years ago
Citrus aroma comes at first but ripe, concentrated, great wine. Mid acidity is well balanced with the richness. In a sense it's not typical Sancerre Sauvignon blanc. Dry. — 10 years ago
Refreshing rose Sancerre with hint if berries, pretty color, lovely summer drink — 10 years ago
Soft, not tart, good minerality, essence of honey, peaches and pears. Not much tart citrus. Not as crisp as I expect from Sauvignon Blanc but was very easy drinking and was nice with pre-Mad Max (!!!!) dinner of scallops with @Anthony Pace. Good summer sipper. #sauvignonblanc #loire #loirevalley #france #bullsofdelectable — 11 years ago

Out of all the inexpensive loire roses this year, this pinot noir is probably my favorite. It offers all of that loire funkiness, minerallity and drive but backs it up with ample cherry fruit flavors. Don't think too hard about it... It goes down easy and will be gone before you know it. — 11 years ago
Nice going down. Great nutty aftertaste — 12 years ago
